How does it work?

You enter your details into our short form and our systems scan to find lenders who may be able to help. If we get a match you will be asked for a few more details which we use to firn up your loan offer. At this stage we will confirm your match with one of our lenders. If the offer they make is appropriate for your needs you can choose to accept their offer or simply decline it. There is no obligation. Please make sure before accpeting an offer that you read and agree to the terms of the offer. These will be clearly shown to you before you agree to proceed.

Will I definitely be offered the loan term and amount that I need?

We do our best to to get you the funds and repayment term that you need however, if we are unable to help with the full amount or loan term we may offer you an alternative to give you an option that may at least partially solve your financial needs.

Do You show me the terms before I apply?

Yes - before you sign up for a loan you will clearly be shown the term and conditions of that loan. Their is no obligation until you decide that the loan you have been offered is the right one for you.

I have a question about a loan I have taken out?

If you have taken a loan with one of our lenders and need to discuss any aspects of the loan you will need to contact them directly as for privacy reasons we cannot discuss your loan account with lenders. We will, of cause do our best to help you if you contact us regarding your loan but ultimately it is the lender who you will need to speak to.

I have credit problems - can I still apply?

Yes - our loans are designed to help people even if they have credit problems. We look at your ability to repay in the future rather than your past credit history.

Will you credit check me to find me a lender?

No, we will not carry out a credit check as part or our lender finding service. It is however important to note that many lenders included in our search may carry out a credit check for identity varification before they send you funds. This does not mean that you will not be accepted if you have bad credit as many of our lenders are able to help people with impared credit.
